2. Innovative Housing Solutions

Our city needs more single-family homes an affordable, well-planned apartments to meet growing demand. Brian will partner with responsible builders, streamline the permit process and ensure new developments fit Holland’s character. This approach delivers quality housing on time and on budget.

3. Addressing Homelessness and Community Safety

Brian will work with local shelters, faith groups, and social services to expand safe shelter options and outreach programs. His plan includes smarter signage, timed parking policies and partnerships with local lots to keep traffic moving.

6.Equal Access and Transparency for Public Facilities

Parks, the bandshell and community equipment belong to everyone. Brian will launch a clear online calendar for reservations, standardize affordable booking fees and publish an open data portal. Every resident will see how and when public spaces are used.

7. Optimizing City Council Meeting Schedule
